At Nuvaree, your satisfaction means everything to us. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on SlimPatch™. If you’ve used the product consistently and haven’t seen the results you hoped for, we’re happy to offer a refund — under the fair-use terms below.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee – How It Works
To be eligible for a refund, we simply ask that you give the product a proper trial: one patch per day, for 30 consecutive days.
If you’re not satisfied after 30 days of consistent use, you can request a refund by providing proof of your progress. We accept one of the following:

A before and after photo of your weight on a digital scale, with a clear timestamp (you can place your phone showing the date in the photo)

OR a before and after photo of yourself (waist-up or full-body), also with a visible date in the photo
This step helps us ensure the product was used as intended. We put this in place because, while we believe deeply in the results SlimPatch™ delivers, too many customers were taking advantage of the guarantee without actually trying it properly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at hello@nuvaree.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Please include:

Your full name and order number

The photos as described above (scale or self photos, both with timestamps)

The date you received your order
We’ll review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.
Return Shipping Instructions
If your refund is approved, you’ll be required to ship your remaining patches back to our U.S. facility. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using tracked shipping.
